To
request a reservation or levy any package
tour, it is imperative that we do arrive
via e-mail, specifying the number of days
available to visit their chosen destination,
the number of passengers travelling to
and the dates of travel.
Nasca Peru Tours, considered a reservation
accepted when it has been answered in
writing by giving the program requested
and confirmed by enclosing the settlement
at the end of the program.
According to this customer commits to
undertake a pre-payment of 10% of the
total amount of travel and where groups
of 50% within 10 days, we received clearance.
Upon receipt of this pre-paid Nasca Peru
Tours, assumes that the customer has accepted
the terms of reserves.
The final payment must be made within
20 days before the start of the trip.
Payments can be made with bank drafts
or credit card - Visa _ American Express.
In case of transfer or bank drafts, all
operating costs, borne by the customer.
Modification of the
programme by the client :
When a customer wants to make a change
to the original program, it must be in
writing and any differences that are incurred
by this amendment, shall be borne by the
customer.
Cancellation Program
by Customer :
You may notify the company, the cancellation
of its agenda at any time. This cancellation
will be accepted if it is sent in writing
and signed by the client, having to pay
an agreed percentage with the customer
for administrative expenses. |
